HERE IT GOES.....
- Half liter of milk
- Eggs
- Peanut butter
- Almonds
- Banana
- Oats
- Coffee
PROCEDURE
- Take half liter of milk, boil it and let it get cool.
- Add one cup of oats into it.
- Put 3 to 4 egg whites (raw eggs , just albumin) into it.
- Cut one banana into very small slices add to it.
- Add one table spoon peanut butter. Crush the almonds into fine particles and add into it.
- Add coffee and sugar.
- Shake the mixture into a shaker for one minute.
- And your whey is ready.
